I’m really more of a silver girl. Can I get this earring with silver instead of gold metal?
YES. If you have your eye on a specific earring but don’t like the metal color, I can switch out brass jump rings with stainless steel, and switch a hoop or post from gold to silver. Most of my charms are brass, but I do have stainless steel and silver plate charms that may be able to be switched out with the brass on certain pieces. Just message me and I’ll tell you what I can do!
Can you make this earring for me?
MAYBE. I love making custom earrings for clients. If you have an idea I would love to help you bring it to life. However if you saw an earring on Pinterest that you like, my recommendation is that you find out who made it and buy it from them. Its not cool to straight up copy other maker’s work.
These are flawed/don’t look like the picture in the listing. Can I return them?
Each earring is handcrafted by me, a human, so yeah, there may be a little dip or bump on a piece. That’s not a flaw! It’s proof that a human being made that with her own two hands.
Each slab of clay is handmixed and hand cut, so each piece is going to be a little bit different. It makes your earring one of a kind!
If an earring arrives broken or breaks while you’re taking it out of the box, or breaks with normal use, yes of course I’ll refund or replace it.
